Absolutely loved this stay. The place was perfect and we traveled a lot around the island - I don't think we could have found a better location. The beach is a short walk down the water front. Plenty of food options in town. Each morning we walked to the local bakery and grabbed breakfast and stopped at the fruit stand on the side of the road. The place itself is as described, very comfortable. We enjoyed the ground floor and patio to eat and read on, we also frequented the pool. I would completely recommend staying here! Thanks for a fantastic vacation

Spacious, well-equipped apartment
Great spacious apartment in a lovely, convenient, quiet and safe setting. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice porch area (although has no view.) The pool is clean and has spectacular views. The manager Carine is terrific, friendly and helpful. Just a couple things to keep in mind: The apartment is on first floor and has no view of the ocean. There's no pool furniture at all. And no air conditioning in the living room.

Une magnifique découverte
Un séjour au-delà de nos attentes dans ce très bel appartement idéalement situé avec accès piscine et mer, la plage publique et les commerces à 5 minutes. merci à Carine pour son accueil chaleureux. nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Superbe appartement idéalement situé
Superbe appartement avec vue sur mer. Localisation idéale près de la plage de Saint Anne, accessible à pied en longeant le bord de mer. Très bien équipé. Climatisation dans les chambres. Très bonne communication et flexibilité pour les procédures d'arrivée et de départ. Ma meilleure location sur Abritel jusque là !

Conforme à la description
Location parfaite tant par ses prestations que par sa situation. Résidence très sympa bien entretenue avec belle piscine. Appartement nickel, 2 salles de bain, literies très bien. Saint Anne à deux pas, en longeant la mer ou par la ville avec toutes les commodités. Et merci à Carine pour son accueil très chaleureux. Nous gardons cette adresse pour de prochaines vacances en Guadeloupe et pour communiquer à nos proches. Encore merci.

Magnifique appartement
Appartement en Rez de jardin face à la mer avec piscine très agréable à vivre avec calme et beauté du paysage Il est conforme au descriptif. 5minutes de la plage de Ste Anne et pareil pour les commerces. Une adresse que nous garderons dans nos agendas et là communiquerons à nos amis et notre famille

Location prise en dernière minute de la métropole. Très bon accueil de Carine, L'appartement est top, tranquille, silencieux. La piscine et l'accès à la mer est à deux pas. Très bon séjour, à conseiller....

Agréable appartement dans une très belle résidence. Tout y est très propre ( jardin, piscine,parking parfaitement entretenus) et calme. Il est très bien situé à côté de magnifiques plages... tout se fait à pied. Je recommande ce bien et bon contact avec Carine qui nous a accueillis et la propriétaire qui est réactive .

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé une belle semaine à Ste Anne. La résidence est très agréable, la piscine également, l’appartement est grand et confortable. La terrasse abritée permet de profiter de l’extérieur même quand il pleut, sans trop de vis à vis. Une suggestion pour les peaux qui attirent les moustiques, une moustiquaire serait la bienvenue malgré la clim. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé.
Proche de tous petits commerces et surtout à 5' de la 1ere belle plage. La piscine de la résidence est top et la vue sur la mer est juste superbe. Appartement très bien équipé il ne manque rien. En ce qui concerne l'accueil, Carine est vraiment très serviable, disponible et à l'écoute. Bref une super quinzaine aussi bien sur cette île magnifique qu'au niveau de l'appartement. Je recommande vivement !!!

Great vacation!
We stayed in Ste Anne, Guadeloupe for 11 nights during Christmas season 2016/2017 and were very satisfied. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. It looks even nicer in reality than on the photos. All contacts with the owner in advance per mail were easy, service oriented and trustful. Our arrival was well prepared. We were warmly welcomed by Carine, the local caretaker, with flowers, food and drinks to relax after the long travel. This was great, highly customer-oriented and we highly appreciated this! The complex itself is newly built and quite small, we never had the feeling of that it would be crowded. Everything was well maintained. The pool, directly by the sea, is very nice, big enough to swim and beautifully illuminated at the evening. We would have liked deck chairs by the pool, which would make the pool experience more comfortable. The only thing we struggled with is the comparably difficult access to the sea, which has to be performed by stairs, without handrail. At this time of the year we experienced heavy swell, strong current and thousands of sea urchins close to the shore which made snorkeling and swimming an adventure. We had a rental car and found this useful to explore the island, although markets were in walking distance. All in all, we spent a great time at this site, we highly recommend it and will try to come back again.

Coup de cœur pour l'Eden !
Nous avons passé trois semaines merveilleuses dans ce très bel appartement situé dans un cadre magnifique au coeur de la résidence Eden Blue. L'appartement est vraiment très joli, tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. il est spacieux, décoré avec soin, fonctionnel et les équipements sont de qualité ; rien ne manque. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable et la literie très confortable. La piscine à débordement est très agréable et bien entretenue, tout comme le jardin de la résidence. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du bourg, des commerces et de la plage et de surcroît au calme ce qui est très appréciable ; bref, un endroit parfait pour des vacances de rêve !!! Un grand merci à Carine pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse, le ti-punch et ses bons conseils. Merci également à Anne, la propriétaire, pour ce petit coin de paradis. Nous espérons revenir…. très très vite.
