LE DOMAINE DU MOULIN NEUF à SAINTE ANASTASIE est situé dans un parc privé clôturé de 16.00O m², entouré de champs et de vignes avec une vue imprenable sur les Cévennes Gardoise ( Des travaux d'entretien et d'embellissement ont été faits en février et mars 2023 dans les Villas) pendant la fermeture annuelle, les matelas sont neufs et de qualités.) 2 villas privées en L sans vis à vis climatisées, d'une surface totale de 280 M2 avec sa piscine privée, chauffée et éclairée , très peu de chlore car traitement de l'eau par filtration UV, et filtre à verre pilé. sans vis à vis. la location comprend les 2 Villas, la villa Boris 280 M2, 6 chambres et 6 salles de bain dans chaque chambre avec douche italienne et wc et les chambres sont climatisées. 13 couchages. et la petite villa Serge attenante à la villa Boris, 2 chambres une petite et une plus grande 4 couchages. soit un total de 17 couchages. Les villas sont situées autour d'une superbe piscine de 13 mètres sur 5 mètres, sans vis à vis, avec un volet solaire sécurisé, d'une terrasse de 250m², chaises longues, parasols, et pelouses. A votre disposition, une cuisine d'été extérieur privée avec BBQ à charbon. Ces villas sont idéales pour vos réunions familiales ou vos retrouvailles entre amis. Elles sont équipées de tout le confort et chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bains et WC, et de la climatisation. la salle à manger est aussi climatisée. Vous disposez aussi librement du terrain de tennis, au terrain de pétanque et du grand parc avec aire de jeux pour enfants. Nous avons pu profiter d'un hébergement très agréable, propre et confortable, pour une fraction de ce que nous aurait coûté un hôtel pour 14 personnes. La cuisine de la villa est très très bien équipée (c'est vraiment agréable de ne pas avoir à faire sans cesse la vaisselle!), 2 cafetières, machine à glaçon ,etc.... Très bonne communication avec Fabrice le propriétaire. Seul bémol, qui n'incombe en rien à la villa : l'accès à Nimes est très embouteillé le matin à l'heure de pointe, ce qui rallonge significativement les temps de trajet et donc doit être pris en compte. ##### Elodie B. Gaten in het dak met plastic over ( bij regenval druipt het overal binnen ) , ongedierte (rat) dat rondloopt, mieren overal. Tegels aan het zwembad die los liggen. Airco's die constant druppen. La maison est très bien : les chambres sont nickel avec toutes une salle de bain et le salon est grand avec assez de place pour manger tous ensemble. Nous avons passé une semaine à 12 (6 adultes - 6 enfants/ado) dans cette maison accueillante et très fonctionnelle. Tout a été parfait : - la maison : nombreux espaces de vie, chambres spacieuses, équipement électro-ménager en nombre et de qualité - le jardin et la piscine : jardin immense, terrasse avec vue sur le mont Ventoux, magnifique piscine (grande et sécurisée), coin barbecue un peu à l'écart, table de ping pong, baby, ... - l'emplacement : à 5mn du centre de Bonnieux et à proximité des nombreux villages à voir dans la région Et bien sûr l'accueil de Marie-France, ses attentions, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Je recommande vivement cette maison qui est largement mieux en vrai que sur les photos. ##### AC L. Le domaine est grand et nous avons aimé le parc de jeux pour les enfants et le cours de tennis. Le seul bémol pour nous est la piscine avec l'alarme et non un rideau, avec des jeunes enfants ne sachant pas nager il faut être vigilant tout le temps. ##### Magali P.
