It is over 450 years old and has been renovated to offer modern comfort while remaining a family country house. It is ideal for accommodating large groups since it can accommodate 18 people to sleep and is provided with a baby room. It is located on a plot of 5000 m2. The house offers a large living room with piano and guitar as well as a games room with table football and bodybuilding machines as well as punch balls and bikes. There are two tv's, wii and of course wifi. It allows you to be quiet near the domain of Gurçon and the Chateau de Montaigne while being 1 hour from Bordeaux and 1.5 hours from Sarlat. Not far from the river it also allows beautiful canoe or gabare trips. The rentals are flexible and not necessarily from Saturday to Saturday, we can see this together.
