"We really enjoyed our stay here"

"The reception staff were very helpful. We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. The cups were not changed and the floor was not cleaned (we stayed for 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very poor value for €9. "The hotel was easy to find, and had good parking. The reception area was well laid out with access to food and drink vending machines. The room was immaculate, and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite facility was excellent. The reception and other staff were helpful and pleasant. A nearby Italian restaurant was great."
