Looking for a relaxing break in a calm and peaceful environment? Our accommodation will allow you to recharge your batteries alone or as a couple. You will enjoy an idyllic setting surrounded by nature with breathtaking views. For your well-being: heated swimming pool, sun loungers, and a shaded pergola with massages available upon request. Located near the medieval village of Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès, you'll be staying between the must-see Ardèche Gorges and the Drôme Provençale region. The apartment offers a contemporary layout with generous proportions, combining old-world charm with modern comfort. New for 2026: air-conditioned accommodation. It is located in an annex to the owners' residence. It is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It comprises: - A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (hob with extractor hood, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine) opening onto the dining area and the lounge, which is equipped with a large flat-screen TV. - An unusual vaulted bedroom, revealing the original brickwork, with a 160cm bed and matching storage furniture. - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and wall-hung toilet. • Exterior: You have a private terrace shaded by oleanders and furnished with outdoor seating where you can enjoy meals in the sun or relax in the shade of a parasol. With its spacious layout, the property allows for comfortable sharing between the owners and the three holiday apartments (including Les Lauriers Roses) while ensuring peace and privacy for everyone. You will share: - The 12m x 4m HEATED SWIMMING POOL, accessible from May to September (weather permitting) from 8:30 am at 8 p.m. Sun loungers are available by the pool.
- The garden where you can also settle in the shade of the linden tree to read or take a nap.

- A wellness massage area in an unusual setting is available (service on request at an additional cost).

Located in Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès, a charming village steeped in history, 1 hour from the Ardèche Gorges, 20 minutes from the Ardèche. Montélimar, considered "the gateway to Provence," and 45 minutes from Valence.
