This inviting retreat comfortably accommodates up to seven guests and offers a spacious and well-equipped mountain getaway. Step inside to discover a generously sized living area that seamlessly blends a cozy sitting space, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals after a day of adventure. The first level features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, while the mezzanine above the living room includes a second double bed and three single beds, making it perfect for families or groups. The property includes thoughtful amenities such as a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a dedicated storage space for your skis or bikes. You’ll also find a range of family-friendly features, including a crib, Pack ’n Play, children’s books and toys, a high chair, and an outdoor playground with play structures. Outside, the duplex offers a BBQ grill for al fresco dining Saint-Véran, renowned for its natural beauty, is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. In the summer, explore the Queyras Regional Natural Park through hiking trails, wildlife spotting, and fishing. During winter, experience the charm of this family-friendly ski resort, celebrated for its exceptional sunshine. Enjoy the convenience of a private parking space right next to the apartment Pets are welcome with a minimal fee of thirty euros Please note that beds are not made upon arrival. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an additional fee.
