Completely new, the studio is furnished and fully equipped; it consists of an entrance forming the kitchen, a large room with a living area and a sleeping area and a balcony (8 m2), which can be fully enclosed. It is a pleasant second room, perfectly modular. To the right of the entrance opens the bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet. Two large fitted cupboards optimize the space. The bed is a bed of 140, the sofa is convertible.
