I was not keen on Cherbourg in the past, but now it's clean and with great walking paths, liking the pedestrenisation, it's so nice, always lovely flowers and a very nice place for a stay over! We will be back and book again.The area has changed a lot! "

"Great location for centre of town and bars and restaurants, free parking across the road by the Napoleon statue, good warm welcome, perfect for an overnight night stay. Didn’t try breakfast went to a local cafe with a view of the harbour instead "

"We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. Fully equiped kitchen and choice of local restaurants also the famous Gosselins Emporium,which stocks everything you will ever need, is just a literally across the road. As is the bustling port with fishing boats and yachts.If you are a seafood lover you will be in heaven,the fishmonger is at the end of the pedestrianised quiet street. The cottage has the most comfortable kingsize bed and quality very clean bedding. The owner is a super communicator,which is good as my French is quite basic!"
