Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. Hotel breakfast was good nice coffee tea pastries fruit eggs etc. We felt safe and loved the ability to walk around easily. Would stay again.

The pros: Mostly friendly staff. Clean renovated room although the HVAC system brings in a lot of dust. Access to heat or AC in the room was awesome. Safe parking. Very easy check-in with access to the car park, reception staff very welcoming and spoke perfect English. Room was big and plenty of space for the dog. No kettle in room and no hotel bar.
