The refrigerator has a freezer compartment, and there is a flat-screen TV with high-speed fiber-optic internet. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine and an additional refrigerator. There is also a barbecue for outdoor cooking. The property is ideally located 25 minutes on foot from the small beach and the sailing club.
