Requested the have that message sent in English, but no reply, so we had struggled to find location, the key codes, the boxes which had the room key in. It’s a Uni campus, very complicated to get to, to check in and when speaking to other travellers/customers, they found the whole check in process very difficult. Do not recommend, unless you like a challenge. "

"Our family was planning a trip to the area to see the Tour de France. We had stayed in Argilly a couple of years ago for our daughter’s wedding but the house wasn’t available for this trip. Thankfully we were able to find and book this house. I cannot say enough great things about the host and the prompt communication. Brigitte is a wonderful host: very friendly and helpful with tips for places to visit, yet also discrete.
