It has a lovely 80 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 8,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: \- An 80 m² living room with TV, sofas and a dining room (accessible with a few steps) \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc. \- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and WC) \- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and a single bed \- Bedroom 3: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) \- Shower room with shower and WC \- Separate WC First floor: \- Bedroom 4: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (for up to 4 vehicles).
