Cocoonr offers you this charming 160 m² air-conditioned house with private swimming pool for rent in Saint-Rémy, which can accommodate up to 9 guests. It has an attractive 80 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 8,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
Ground floor:  
\- An 80 m² living room with TV, sofas and a dining room (accessible with a few steps)  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and WC)  
\- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and a single bed  
\- Bedroom 3: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)  
\- Shower room with shower and WC  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- A mezzanine sleeping area with 1 king-size bed (180×200)  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan.  
  
Outside:  
\- A 10mx4.5m swimming pool (private, heated), open from April to October.  
\- A beautiful 8,000 m² private, fenced garden  
\- An 80 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-Rémy, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (for up to 4 vehicles).  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Montpon-Ménestérol, about 4 km away  
\- Nearest airport: Bordeaux approx. 90 km, Bergerac approx. 35 min.  
  
Other remarks:  
\- The living room and bedroom 1 have air conditioning, the other bedrooms have fans.  
\- The fireplace is not working
