Wonderful property and attention to customer service. We requested a new item for the room and they promptly responded and a new item was brought to the room by housekeeping. Felt secure and safe. Location was prefect for Place Royale and AML cruises. Would definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was large and well appointed and the location was great.
If you want to be more in the heart of things, find one of the sister properties. But I loved where we were, very close but not in the hoards.
Only thing is that I wish they didn’t charge for luggage storage, but whatever.
Would stay here again for sure.

Room for one night was decent. Had trouble getting the air working during the night so the room was a bit warm. It was working when we got there. Turned back on early in the morning. Thermostat was in the room, but we didn’t seem to control it.
Bed was a bit hard, but the room was clean.
Close to train which why we picked it for that night.
