His(Her,Its) very beautiful view on the sea and the gulf of Saint Tropez, its comfort level, its privileged position, its soft and Provençal atmosphere and the tranquillity any goshawk. Possibility of spending the day and to take all the meals under the arbour at the edge of the swimming pool (barbecue). Accommodation facilities: 10 people 5 rooms(chambers): 4 double beds, 2 single beds Rooms(Chambers) have a good quite new bedding and are very bright 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilet, 2 cookings(kitchens), dining rooms lounges(shows) terraces. Living spaces are very pleasant. Swimming pool deprived with overflowing (15 x 5) and with alarm. His(her,its) PH is regularly adjusted by a swimming pool specialist who comes on every Monday morning. Southwest orientation. All the businesses, the banks and the post office are in 2km, supermarkets in 5km The first sandy beach, attractive and shaded, is next to the businesses. We were two families so the set up over several floors (essentially 2 separate flats) was ideal as we had privacy. We particularly liked the outside space….the pool is absolutely lovely,stunning views and a good size. Lots of outside seating area and plenty of sun loungers. There is a big dining table and decent outdoor kitchen by the pool plus another outdoor dining table (with even better views) on the top floor. It is difficult to convey how spacious the outdoor areas are! Inside is nice, fairly rustic but with everything you need. French old style. From the pool to the top flat is about 50 steps . It is a 30 minute walk to the beach or a ten minute drive. Host was very helpful. Highly recommend. ##### nikki o. Wir waren sehr überrascht, was alles vorhanden ist. Von anderen Häusern waren wir gewohnt, alles selbst mitzubringen. Hier gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Angefangen in der Küche von vielen Töpfen, Tellern, Pfannen, Besteck, Gewürze, Öl, usw. (Und das in jeder der Küchen, auch in der Außenküche am Pool mit den Grills), der Waschmaschine mit Wäschespinne usw. ... Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Aussicht ist sehr sehr schön. Vor allem die vielen Feuerwerke im August waren vom Balkon aus gut zu sehen. Dominique war so nett, für meine Tochter am Anreisetag eine Torte zu besorgen. Diese war bei den gekühlten Getränken (Wein und Wasser) im Kühlschrank. Der Pool war einfach nur gigantisch. Er ist definitiv groß genug um mit 8 Personen zu schwimmen. Die Kommunikation war immer super. Auch die Tips von Coralie der Concierge waren.suoer. haben ein tolles Restaurant ausprobiert, das wir ohne sie wahrscheinlich nie gefunden hätten. Falls es uns einmal wieder an die Côte d'azûr verschlägt, gerne wieder hier. Vielen Dank für die schöne Villa. ##### Melanie L. Das Haus liegt sehr gut und das beste ist das tolle Panorama. Strand und Geschäfte sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Leider war nicht klar kommuniziert, dass die Bettwäsche eben nicht inbegriffen ist. Hier gab es aber einen kulante Regelung. Auch gab es einige Mängel (Ablauf von Waschbecken, Grill defekt, Sonnenschirme usw.). Das ist ein bisschen schade. Allerdings war der Service und die Kommunikation mit der Concierge nicht besonders. Sie war lustlos, hat Sachen falsch kommuniziert usw. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war dann nach Anlaufschwierigkeiten gut. Ich war schon oft in Ferienhäusern. In Sachen Lage, Pool und Ausblick war es das beste von allen. Wirklich einzigartig schön. Alles in allem wirklich sehr empfehlenswert, besonders wenn die beschriebenen Mängel behoben werden. Auch sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass die Beschreibung korrekt und eindeutig ist. Vielen Dank, dass wir eine Woche in der Villa verbringen durften. ##### Ludwig G. Le tout est bien équipé il n'y manque rien. L'ensemble n'est pas tout jeune mais ça fait partie du charme de la maison et globalement le tout vieillit pas trop bien ( hublot de piscine qui se décroche,etc...).Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. MAIS parce qu'il y a des gros mais...la villa qui est annoncée avec 6 chambres annoncées climatisées et 12 couchages n'est pas équipée comme annoncé. La chambre Indiana Jones n'est en fait qu'une pièce aménagée dans une sorte de cave qui donne sur l'extérieur. La porte en bois n'est étanche ni à l'air ni à l'eau donc de l'eau en cas de pluie ( confirmé par la concierge), des lézards et autres bestioles qui entrent et sortent à leur guise et en pleine canicule,comme cela à été notre cas, la température y est insoutenable. Je passe le manque de fenêtre. 2 d'entre nous ont dû dormir par terre dans un salon sans clim ni intimité. Autant dire que le sommeil n'a pas été au rdv pendant le séjour, pour des vacances c'est dommage.... Ne comptez pas non plus trouver 5 salles de bain mais 1 seule dans la suite parentale, donc pas accessible en cas de présence de la propriétaire au 1er niveau, et 2 salles d'eau. Je passe les petits désagréments mais la propriétaire n'y est pour rien... Nous avions signalé tous ces désagréments à cette dernière en demandant un geste de sa part pour les 2 personnes lésées et elle nous a proposé un dédommagement tout en reconnaissant que cette fameuse chambre n'était pas à la hauteur de l'annonce. Sauf que depuis bientôt 2 mois, elle n'a accepté de verser qu'à peine la moitié de ce qu'elle a proposé et qu'au moment de verser le restant tous les prétextes ont été bons pour ne pas payer. C'est là que vous apprenez que les voisins vous observent et rendent des comptes à la propriétaire mais sans savoir compter. Nous étions soit disant 14 et non pas 12...Silence radio depuis 1 mois de sa part et elle ne comptent pas tenir ses promesses. Je lui ai même proposé de modifier son annonce mais je vois que rien n'a changé. Vu le prix de la location pendant la période estivale, j'estime qu'on est à la limite de l'arnaque concernant cette chambre et surtout de la mauvaise fois lorsqu'il fait assurer ses erreurs. ##### Jérôme F. La maison est très agréable à vivre avec une superbe vue et un aménagement des espaces très bien pensé. Nous y avons passé de superbes vacances . Une chose importante à savoir est que la maison est organisée sur 3 niveaux dont 2 appartements séparés qui ne communiquent entre eux que par l'extérieur. Maison très chaleureuse. ##### Valérie B. Dir Fotos werden dem Haus nicht gerecht! Auf dem gesamten Grundstück sind überall liebevolle kleine Oasen gestaltet, die zum relaxen einladen - Hängematten, Liegestühle - hier kann man sich ohne Probleme auch in einer großen Gruppe mal zurück ziehen. Que ce soit les espaces intérieurs, les terrasses, les coins où se poser pour lire, préparer un petit spectacle, rêver ou simplement dormir, la piscine, le jardin, l'équipement, enfin tout ce qui est nécessaire aux grandes tribus , tout est confortable, spacieux, avec ce charme qui définit les maisons de famille et qui fait la différence. Nous avons profité pleinement de la vue splendide dont on ne se lasse pas, de la grande piscine à débordement toujours impeccable et du grand calme des collines. Nous avons été accueillis par Patricia qui a pris le temps de tout expliquer et a été disponible pendant tout le séjour. Merci Dominique pour votre gentillesse, vos petites attentions et votre souplesse par rapport aux dates. Vaste maison de rêve avec toutes les commodités, ainsi qu'une grande et magnifique piscine, sur un terrain très en pente, donc avec beaucoup de marches d'escaliers, mais ce qui fait aussi le charme de cette villa et garantit une vue à couper le souffle. Grande terrasse couverte et nombreux coins cosy bien équipés pour passer de bons moments de convivialité. Nous avons pu nous reposer, car l'endroit est très calme, et profiter de la belle piscine. Rien ne manque. Un magnifique séjour dans une très belle villa , spacieuse , enveloppée de nature et de silence, ouverte sur la mer et les collines, en position dominante à 3 minutes en voiture des criques et des commerces ... L'équipement est complet , la propreté bien tenue aussi bien intérieure qu' extérieure , la décoration soignée...Les vues sur mer depuis la piscine à débordement ou des terrasses sont sublimes et reposantes...L'espace piscine bénéficie également d'un équipement complet pour se restaurer (frigo , vaisselle , lave vaisselle, lavabo...) . Nous tenons à remercier la Propriétaire ainsi que le Gérant pour le contact et l'accueil chaleureux reçus , ainsi que les petites attentions très appréciées. Elle dispose de beaucoup d'espace et d'une pléthore d'équipements ce qui fait que 10 personnes peuvent y vivre sans soucis :) On soulignera le pool house entièrement refait avec frigo, LV, évier, vaisselier... La personne responsable de la conciergerie est très pro: disponibilité, réactivité (et toujours avec le sourire). Pisciniste et jardiner passent régulièrement pour vaquer à leurs tâches. L'endroit est très calme et l'intimité bien préservée surtout au niveau de la terrasse de la grande piscine à débordement. Septembre est un mois fortement appreciable pour passer un séjour dans la région, peu de monde et climat encore très agréable. Située sur les hauteurs des Issambres cette maison nous a permis de nous écarter de la foule tout en ayant une vue magnifique sur le golf de St. Tropez. La maison est confortable et facile à vivre. La piscine est pour nous idéalement située en contre-bas de la maison afin d'éviter tout accident aux enfants qui ne pouvaient si rendre qu'accompagnés.
