On the 3rd floor, facing north/west, this apartment comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Both the living room and the bedroom provide access to a small balcony with outdoor furniture.
