Sehr große und moderne Küche mit ausgezeichneter Einrichtung. Schlafräume klimatiert und die Betten nicht durchgelegen. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, der Garten schön anglegt und der Pool wunderbar. Sehr schöne Sicht auf das Meer. Die Austattung ist komplett, der Blick über den Pool auf das Meer sehr schön. Der Pool ist überdurchschnittlich groß und wie das Haus sehr gepflegt. Die Boule-Bahn direkt neben dem Haus lädt zum Spielen ein. Bonne literie. Bien meublée : salon confortable avec belle TV. 2 chambres avec la climatisation. Terrasse couverte près de la cuisine très conviviale. les points - : Deux douches qu'on ne peut pas utiliser en même temps car cela coupe l'alimentation d'eau chaude, idem si on tire de l'eau depuis la cuisine. Pas de climatisation dans toute la maison ( séjour notamment). Transats usagers, gros électroménagers peu performants. Petit équipement de la cuisine un peu juste: couverts bon marché et encrassés par usage du lave-vaisselle sans produit de rinçage, pas de robot de cuisine complet, casseroles anciennes...
