Entièrement rénové avec goût, il est tout équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, .......).
Il se situe dans une résidence fermée et sécurisée avec ascenseur et place de parking.`
A 2 pas de la plage et des commerces(Boulangerie, supérette Vival, pharmacie, restaurants, magasins en tout genre.....).
Gare SCNF à 200m, arrêt de bus à 50m. On peut tout faire à pied.
Idéal pour passer de superbes vacances sur la Côte d'Azur.
