LES CEDRES SAINT RAPHAEL Residence.  
Renovated, air-conditioned studio apartment with a south-facing facade and stunning sea views. It includes an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room with toilet, and a balcony with outdoor furniture.  
  
The cleaning fee is €50\. Baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability.  
Linen packs are available for rent at €13 per person (the pack includes sheets, a pillowcase, a large and a small towel, a bath mat, and a tea towel).  
Parking spaces are available for reservation: €30 per week from October 1st to April 27th and €50 from April 28th to September 30th (subject to availability).

50 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the shops in the town center.  
  
Les Cèdres is ideally located in the heart of Saint Raphaël's town center.  
  
The proximity of shops, restaurants, and markets will offer you a stay with complete freedom.  
  
Veillat Beach, just 50 meters away, allows you to soak up the sun and choose between public and private beaches, unless you prefer the discreet charm of a cove in the Calanques of the Corniche d'Or.  
  
A short walk from the residence, you can try your luck at the Barrière Casino, enjoy a film at the multiplex cinema, or visit the cultural center.  
  
Two thalassotherapy centers, Port Fréjus and Boulouris, also offer opportunities for rejuvenation during your stay.

#### Résidence à cent mètre de la mer dans le triangle d'or de St. Raphaël.

Location conforme aux données, très bien tenue, aménagement salle d'eau, sanitaires et cuisine de bon niveau. Le garage est un plus. L'accueil efficace et la présence en journée de la responsable facilite les premiers contacts. Nous avons passé une semaine reposante, sympathique, en plein mois de janvier, nous recommandons.
