Kühlschrank, Duschen, Küchenzeile, Fußboden, Fenster, Terrasse vollkommen verschmutzt. Wohnung nicht geeignet für 6 Personen, allenfalls für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Zimmer mit Etagenbett so klein, dass das Etagenbett schief drinstehen musste und das Fenster nicht ganz zu öffnen war. Schlafcouchen im Wohnbereich voll Flecken. Im Elternschlafzimmer direkt neben dem Bett Schrank mit Staubsauger und Putzmaterialien. Darin die einzige Möglichkeit, Kleider aufzuhängen. Auf dem Küchentisch klebrige, zugedrückte Wachstischdecke mit Flecken, von was auch immer, vom Vorgänger. Auf Beschwerde hin oberflächliche Reinigung. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, man ist aber trotzdem schnell im Zentrum des Feriendorfes.
