Location is perfect for plage (30 meters), commerce. Everything is close. Appt has flat TV with french channels, air condition, good wifi, balcon, well equiped, clean, new kitchen. Bedroom a bit small but finally ok. If one or two person is looking for a stay, its perfect. As it is on the first floor, if you expect calm enviroment, choose an other place, as it is very close to restaurants, plage, market, so a can be a bit noisy.
