The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the available space. The living and sleeping area is furnished with 2 sofabeds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from direct access to both the garden and the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor spaces. A separate room is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also opens directly onto the garden, offering a peaceful and private retreat. The kitchen area is set up as a kitchenette, complete with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for comfortable self-catering stays.
