  • Fully equipped apartment for 2–4 people max, renovated in 2021. Ground floor. Magical ocean view in a private, gated residence with direct private access to the ocean via a small staircase, allowing you to swim in beautiful coves. Ideal for snorkellers. Heated infinity pool with an exceptional ocean view. A guaranteed change of scenery. Two free tennis courts on the property. Secure outdoor parking 100 m away. Security code for the gate. Close to numerous coves and beaches. 2 km from the public beach and the port of La Figueirette, where you’ll find water sports, restaurants, and snack bars. At the foot of the Esterel Mountains, with numerous hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. 10 km from Agay, 9 km from Théoulès, and 20 km from Cannes or Saint-Raphaël. Bus stop right in front of the property. Small shops 1.5 km away. Our little paradise for snorkelling and paddleboarding to explore the surrounding coves—or simply to relax.

Un appartement très agréable, très bien équipé, au calme... Une résidence sécurisée (et sans problème de parking!), avec une piscine exceptionnelle, des accès mer... Très bon accueil... Le plus: les services proposés par Alexandra ( livraison de pain, de courses, location de matériel, transport...)
