Appartement à renover L’emplacement est fantastique. Rez de chaussée et jardin très pratique avec de jeunes enfants. L’appartement par contre laisse à désirer. Il aurait besoin d’un nettoyage en profondeur. Très sale dans les coins, en dessous des lits, etc.. Une rénovation minimum serait aussi nécessaire.Divan, lave vaisselle, literie, porte fenêtre, meuble de jardin, matériel de nettoyage, au bout de leur vie. ##### Mario ---
