Il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires qui demeurent à l'étage sont très discrets. Les délicates attentions dont ils font montre mettent de suite à l'aise sur leur soucis de bien recevoir les locataires. Le logement est relativement frais sous les chaleurs caniculaires de cet été 2022\. Les lieux sont très propres. Le terrain est arboré.
