The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 120 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features an attractive living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approx. 2,500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
First floor  
\- Living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and armchairs  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob... and dining area  
\- Bedroom 1 and 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)  
\- Bathroom with bathtub  
\- Separate WC  
  
Upstairs:  
\- Bedroom 3: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
\- 16 m² terrace  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A swimming pool (private, unheated), 5mx10m, open from June to the end of September, secured by an alarm.  
\- A lovely 2,500 m² private enclosed garden  
\- A 200 m² terrace around the pool  
\- A second 40 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transportation :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 4 vehicles).  
  
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train stations: Avignon & Nîmes about 30 km away  
\- Nearest airport: Nîmes approx. 30 km away

La maison est très bien. Climatisée dans les chambres. Dommage que le portail ne se ferme pas et personne ne soit intervenu durant le séjour. Attention maison 6 personnes mais on vous rajoute des frais si vous êtes plus de 4 pers. Rien n'est indiqué dans l'annonce. Dommage Très bel espace pour profiter en famille
