Facility is in great condition. Very quiet, I have not heard my neighbour once or anybody else. A Bed & Breakfast implies a served or buffet breakfast. The owners are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is always quiet, very clean and cozy. Accomodations were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. B & B location is located about 20 minute drive to Mount Carlton Provincial Park which made it super convenient for our day hikes.
