In an exceptional setting, come and discover a beautiful house with its garden. It is located 1 minute from the Sainte-Anne peninsula and 1. 4 km from the city center.
Its large sandy beach, its nautical center, its diving club, its restaurants facing the sea, its games for children and of course its foreshore as far as the eye can see, will fully delight you.

Our house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. The many activities available will delight young and old: swimming in seawater pools, diving on the sandy beach, fishing on foot, diving club and sailing club activities perfect for children's lessons or to rent a catamaran, a canoe, a day kayak.

In addition, you can take advantage of the coastal paths to stroll on foot or by bike to discover an atypical coastline. You can admire the breathtaking view of Morlaix bay.

The house can accommodate 8 people. It is possible to add a baby.
The construction of the house was completed in May 2017.

*The rooms
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a partial sea view. Each bedroom is equipped with a new mattress, box spring and bed. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a master suite on the ground floor.

.The parental suite includes a bathroom and a private dressing room. You can enjoy the brand new bedding with a 160 X 200cm bed. This room has a TV.

. The three upstairs bedrooms have respectively
a 160cm X 200 cm bed for the 1st
a 160 X200 CM bed for the second
two bed bases dressed 90 X 200 cm for the third bedroom.

There are ample storage spaces in each bedroom to make you feel right at home. Also ideal for storing your suitcases.

* The kitchen:
At any time of the day you can admire the magnificent sea view from the kitchen window. It is open to the living room and is newly furnished. Everything is planned for 8 people. In this kitchen you will find everything you need for a successful holiday with family or friends: dishwasher, large fridge freezer, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, senséo, etc....

* The bathroom:
It is upstairs. It includes a double sink unit and an electric towel dryer for more comfort and functionality.


The house also has a cellar with washing machine and dryer; a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sunbathing.

In addition, we provide you with:

The rental includes:

-The deposit of 1000 euros will be requested and returned at the end of the stay if everything is perfect.
-The cleaning costs are possible during the stay (50 euros) and after the stay (100 euros: only the kitchen dishes and fridge to be cleaned for the tenants as well as the barbecue and lss sheets to be removed) on request otherwise, the rental must be made clean, vacuumed and washed without forgetting the external equipment (barbecue, ...).
