This ground-floor house welcomes you in a peaceful and functional setting. The main entrance is on the ground floor via the garden-side terrace, ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco. The enclosed garden below offers a secure and pleasant space, perfect for children or pets. Private parking is also available on the garden side for your convenience. Inside, the house offers a welcoming living area with an open kitchen and a sitting area. The bedroom is on the ground floor, while the upper floor houses a cozy sleeping area, which serves as the second bedroom, with two double beds to comfortably accommodate guests.
