Située dans le quartier de Grand Bois, cette villa avec piscine en pierres naturelles accueille jusqu’à 6 personnes, idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.  
  
The Space:  
  
La Villa d’Elsa offre un cadre confortable et fonctionnel pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour à La Réunion.  
  
Au rez-de-chaussée, une suite climatisée avec douche et WC privatifs offre un espace agréable et pratique.  
  
À l’étage, deux autres suites climatisées disposent elles aussi de leur salle d’eau et WC privatifs, garantissant confort et intimité à chacun.  
  
Toutes les chambres sont équipées d’une literie de qualité, pour des nuits paisibles.  
  
La cuisine entièrement équipée s’ouvre sur un séjour lumineux, pensé pour la convivialité et le confort.  
  
L’espace de vie donne directement sur une varangue couverte, idéale pour partager les repas à l’extérieur.  
  
La villa dispose également d’une piscine en pierres naturelles (non chauffée) 🏊‍♀️, parfaite pour se rafraîchir durant les journées ensoleillées.

Située à Grand Bois, à Saint-Pierre, la Villa d’Elsa se trouve dans un quartier pavillonnaire en devenir, avec la construction de nouvelles habitations aux alentours. L’environnement offre une immersion authentique dans la vie réunionnaise, tout en restant à proximité des points d’intérêt du sud de l’île.  
  
Les commerces, services et restaurants les plus proches sont accessibles en voiture. En une dizaine de minutes, vous rejoignez le centre animé de Saint-Pierre, son front de mer, ses marchés colorés et ses nombreuses adresses gourmandes.  
  
⚠️ Travaux dans le secteur  
  
Des travaux ont débuté en juin 2025 dans le voisinage, liés au développement du quartier.  
  
L’activité est variable : certaines semaines sont très calmes, d’autres peuvent être plus bruyantes, généralement entre 7h et 15h.  
  
Une diminution progressive des nuisances est attendue, mais aucune visibilité précise sur le calendrier ne nous a été communiquée à ce jour.  
  
💡 Bon à savoir : à La Réunion, les entreprises du bâtiment sont en congés du 20 décembre au 20 janvier. Aucune nuisance liée aux travaux n’est à prévoir durant cette période.
