Spacious House with a wonderful Garden

We enjoyed our stay from day 1! The neighbourhood is very very safe. Just next doors is a police station so you can be sure, there is no crime in the area. Apart from that the house is very big! It has 4 spacious bedrooms, all furnitured with beds and drawers. The pictures really don't represent how much space this house has. Also the kitchen is verry well equipped! We had enough pots etc for 12 people. The marker of the property is not in the right place. The house itself is located in jardin des plants. (PRXJ+PR Google Maps Shortlink) We walked from there in 15 minutes to the beach. We really liked the area. It's not very touristic and quite calm :)

Amélioration et entretien

La propriété est certes spacieuse avec 4 belles chambres mais à notre arrivée il n y avait pas de clim, ni de télé avec accès au wifi. Le lave linge est hors d usage et le lave vaisselle pas très propre à l intérieur. Les chaises de la salle à manger sont soit a changer soit a recoller. Pas de table a manger a l 'extérieur comme on peut le voir sur une des photos. Malgré des voisins agréables les chiens qui aboient à la mort dès 5h du mat c 'est moyen

Par rapport qualité/prix cette location est correcte. Toutefois le matériel de cuisson (faitout, casseroles, poêles) est dans un état presque inutilisable. Quant au lavage des draps et serviettes avant le départ, ce n'est pas facile .... et inhabituel dans les locations. Cette prestation devrait être effectuée par la personne chargée de l'entretien. Belle vue sur la montagne Pelée et quartier calme.
