Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (each with en-suite shower rooms), a 150 m² shared garden and a 100 m² terrace. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- 15 m² living room with sofa and dining area \- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), bunk bed (sleeps two), en-suite bathroom (with shower) open to the bedroom \- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200), en-suite shower room open to bedroom \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot. Outside : \- A 100 m² south-facing terrace shared by the residence, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. \- A 150 m² south-west-facing garden, not enclosed and shared with the owner, also with furniture. The property is located on the heights of Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse (1,350 m), in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are just ten minutes away.
