  • In a quiet area, a 65 m² single-story house featuring:

    - a large living room with a table and chairs for family meals, a sofa, an armchair, a TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

    - a fully equipped kitchen open to the living area (oven, glass-
    ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster,
    kettle)

    - three bedrooms:
    Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds (90), pillows, and a comforter
    Bedroom 2 with a double bed (160), pillows, and a comforter
    Bedroom 3 with a queen-size bed (140), pillows, duvet, and TV

    - a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer

    - a separate toilet

    - an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner

    A cot, high chair, and stroller are available if needed.

    In front of the house is an enclosed courtyard with a gate where you can park a car.

    A small, fully enclosed garden behind the house features a 30 m² southwestern-facing terrace, secluded from view, with a large table for outdoor dining.

    In the garden, there’s a barbecue and outdoor furniture, and in the garden shed you’ll find lounge chairs, a table and chairs for children, and beach umbrellas.

    The ocean is 100 m away, shops are 500 m away, and the charming port of La Cotinière is 700 m away.

    A bike rental shop is just a few metres away, and there are numerous bike paths.

    Guests agree to leave the accommodation in the same spotless condition as they found it upon arrival. A cleaning fee of 50 euros is available.

    To comply with COVID-19 hygiene measures, check-in is on Saturday starting at 4 p.m. and check-out is on Saturday before 10 a.m.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Suzon. Elle est conforme à la description, grande, bien agencée et décorée avec goût. Il y a tout pour cuisiner et un barbecue dehors dans le jardin à l'arrière, jardin qui est très agréable pour s'y prélasser (chaises longues à disposition) et l'arbre a soie est magnifique. Pouvoir garer sa voiture dans la cour ainsi que les vélos est un luxe. On peut tour faire a pied : boutiques, plages, balades. La Cotinière est un petit village mignon, paradis des roses trémières et lauriers roses. En bref, à recommander.

Fabuleuses vacances sur l'île d'Oléron

Cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour passer un moment très agréable sur l'île d'Oléron : parfaitement située près de la Cotinière et de ses commerces, à distance très raisonnable des magnifiques plages (y compris en vélo), calme et très bien équipée. Notre hôte était parfaite : un accueil chaleureux, de très bons conseils et une écoute de nos besoins. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation.

Oase in Strandnähe

Wir haben ein sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus vorgefunden in zentraler und doch zurückgezogener Lage mit liebevoller und überlegter Ausstattung. Frau Suchetet war immer direkt erreichbar und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Strände und Einkäufe sind sehr gut erreichbar. Es lohnt sich, ein Fahhrad mitzubringen oder vor Ort zu mieten. Wir haben uns zu sechst sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette jolie maison, nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants entre 2 et 6 ans, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, c'est spacieux, il y a plein de rangements, le jardin est charmant. Suzanne est adorable. Lieu un peu central pour les diverses visites à faire sur l'île. Nous avons pris des vélos pour la semaine et c'était l'idéal.

Gîte très cosy et fonctionnel

Nous avons passé 14 jours merveilleux dans cette maison de vacances joliment meublée. L'équipement de la cuisine est énorme. Nous ne manquions de rien. La machine à laver et le sèche-linge se trouvaient dans une pièce séparée. Les lits sont équipés de très bons matelas. Nous étions quatre; c'est faisable pour six personnes. La patronne est très gentille et toujours de bonne humeur.

Petite maison très agréable très bien située.

Maison agréable à vivre, bien pensée. Petit jardin plaisant. 1 terrasse pour la détente et 1 autre bien abritée pour les repas. Rien à redire, tout est parfait et en plus on peut tout faire à pied (courses et balades le long de la mer). Hôtesse charmante, à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement location.
