This single-story house boasts numerous windows, and the large living room is bathed in the magical light of the Île d'Oléron from morning to night. The living room features: \- a very large open-plan kitchen equipped with all cooking equipment (oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, classic coffee maker, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes) \- a living room with two comfortable sofas, a large digital TV, and Wi-Fi. \- a long central table (baby chair available). Games and books are available. 4 bedrooms can accommodate you: 3 bedrooms with 140x190 beds and storage 1 master bedroom with shower and separate toilet. The decor is modern and soothing. You benefit from a second large bathroom with a shower, double sinks, and a second separate toilet. The grounds are enclosed. A section in front of the house allows for parking for several vehicles, while the rear section, private and quiet, features a large terrace ideal for relaxing or having a barbecue with friends. The large fig tree can provide shelter during a nap. Garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue are available. Sheets and towels are provided. La Cotinière is the perfect place for a vacation on the island of Oléron. It is the only fishing port on the island, where you can find fresh fish directly from the fisheries. You can enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and the market and nightlife every day. La Cotinière beach is ideal for shore fishing. Free buses and cycle paths also serve the main beaches throughout the summer. Wir waren zu dritt, so dass jeder von uns ein eigenes Schlafzimmer nutzen konnte. Da die Doppel-Betten nur 1,20 M breit sind, war das für uns ein Vorteil. Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral. Inrichting, badkamer en keuken zijn als nieuw. Ruime tuin met vrij uitzicht over grasveldje. Het huis ligt in een woonwijk. De haven van Cotiniere is per voet in een kwartier bereikbaar. Daar is ook strand, maar niet geschikt om te zwemmen.
