In Saint-Philibert, Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 167 m² flat with sea view, less than 100 m from the beach, accessible by a footpath, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 32 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is as follows:  
Ground floor:  
\- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds  
\- One bedroom with 1 double bed (160x190)  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate WC  
  
On the first floor  
\- A 32 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A master suite with a double bed (160x190) and en-suite bathroom with bath.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Philibert, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find the Kernevest sailing school and all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence car park.

Sehr gute Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, sehr großes Wohn-, Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer ausreichend. Angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder. Über FeWo direkt haben wir bis 2 Tage vor Anreise keine Informationen zum Check-in erhalten. Erst nach einem Anruf bei der lokalen Agentur erhielten wir eine Mail direkt von der Agentur.
