Plusieurs problèmes majeurs ont gâché notre séjour :Accessibilité négligée : À notre arrivée, l'entrée et le stationnement n'étaient pas déneigés. Nous avons dû pelleter nous-mêmes le stationnement et les marches pour accéder à la porte pour entrer.Équipements brisés : Le spa, qui était l'un de nos principaux critères de sélection, était hors d'usage. C'est une déception majeure pour un séjour hivernal d'autant plus que nous avons dû pelleter les escaliers arrières et avons tenté de le faire fonctionner alors que nous étions vêtus de maillots et serviettes, vraiment décevant.Cuisine mal équipée : Préparer des repas pour 10 a été un véritable défi. Sur la cuisinière, un rond ne fonctionne pas, et la batterie de cuisine est dans un état lamentable : les casseroles ont le fond arrondi, ce qui les rend instables et rend la cuisson longue et inégale.Propreté: laisse a désirer des verres sales ont été laisser dans 2 chambres et des serviettes utilisées étaient accrochées sur les crochets des 2 salles de bain. Les armoires et les vitres ont besoin d'un bon nettoyage.Point positif: le site est beau, les lits sont confortables et la gestion repond rapidement mais elle ne règle pas tout.
