Not sure if it was because it was end of season but whole area in need of some tlc. Restaurant closed apart from pre ordered breakfast. Kitchen drawers had food bits in them an floor dirty. Not shown where bins or indoor pool was on arrival. Chair broken. A shame as has potential.

everything absolutely perfect ,, only improve coffe options in the “bar” . Asked 2 single espresso macchiatos - lady asked me to do it by myself in the breakfast automatic coffe machine and at the end she asked me to pay 8,40€ !!!!! joke

Wonderful hotel Louigi was exceptionally helpful and everyone was friendly . We had a fantastic time, the location is amazing. The service was outstanding
I have to say that people at Lyon the most friendly people in France. The city is beautiful and clean, we felt very safe and would love to visit again. So much to do and to see with a walking distance.
The room was cosy and bed was a king size with a wonderful bedding. We could open the window at our room and even on Saturday, Sunday night noise coming from outside it wasn’t a major problem. The room is sound proof and no noise coming from the floor or neighbors. The bathrobe and sleepers were provided, both a good quality. The hotel deserves 5 stars
