For a relaxing stay in the heart of the Landes forest, adjacent to Mont de Marsan and its leisure center with a supervised beach just 5 km away, settle into St Perdon. An ideal location for a rural vacation with all amenities a 10-minute drive away. Come relax in this independent ground-floor cottage surrounded by pine trees and featuring: a veranda converted into a living room with a TV area, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Electric heating, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, and ceramic hob. For your comfort, sheets and linens are provided. Wi-Fi is available. In the middle of a wooded park, private, unfenced grounds of approximately 200 m². Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. For your little ones, there's a slide and swing. Parking is available next to the cottage. The nearest neighbor is 40 meters away, the main road is 300 meters away, and the national road 124 is 2 km away.
