It can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Bathed in light, it has a lovely 27 m² living room, a lounge, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 800 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor \- A 27 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc. \- A dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob... \- A relaxation area with a comfortable double sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bedroom on request, with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC (can be separated from the rest of the room by closing a glass roof). \- A utility room \- Separate WC First floor \- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and balcony overlooking the garden. \- Bedroom 2: Bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 3: Room with two single beds, can accommodate 2 children on request only. \- Shower room \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Activities : \- The lake at Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle offers a variety of activities, including a beach, walks/runs and swimming in summer, a very large "aquazone", accrobranche, tyroliennes, pedalos, padel and ponies. \- Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle is ideally situated between the coast (Saint-Jean-de-Luz beach 20 minutes away), the countryside and the mountains.
