Housed in a separate wing of the Château de Chêne de Cœur, a listed 18th-century Historic Monument, this cottage enjoys the benefits of the countryside, on a listed site of around 100 hectares, partly wooded and bordering the Sarthe River.  
Le Mans Cathedral and the Plantagenet City are 5 km away.  
For tourism enthusiasts, the Loire Valley châteaux are 1.5 hours away, the D-Day landing beaches are 2 hours away, and Mont Saint Michel is 2.5 hours away.  
Paris is 1 hour away by TGV.  
For sports enthusiasts, the GR 36 hiking trail is 4 km away, and the Sargé golf course is 9 km away.  
The entrance to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is 14 km away, and the Boulerie Jump Equestrian Center is 10 km away.  
The ground floor comprises a spacious living room (40 m²) with an entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, and WC. The upper floor includes 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, 3 bathrooms/shower rooms, 4 toilets, (1: 2 beds 90x190 or 1 bed 180x190 2: 2 beds 80X190 or 1 bed 160x190 3: 1 bed 140x190 4: 2 beds 100x190) 5: 1 bed 90X200 with its own bathroom. Beds made, towels provided. Gas heating extra in winter (fixed price 30 euros/day) from the beginning of October to the end of April. Mandatory cleaning fee extra: 90 euros.
