"Our family (10 of us) loved our stay. The house was really well equipped and such an interesting building. There were lots of places to sit and relax whilst the kids could play games or swim. The night skies are magic to gaze at from the terrace. Lots of historical places to visit too. "

"We had a fabulous stay. The house is in a wonderful area, very quiet and rural yet only 3-4km from the nearest villages/ small towns with lots of great restaurants etc. The house itself is wonderful - a true home from home. The garden is 'rustic' but great for lots of people and the dog. Note - it is not fully fenced in, although there are hedge boundaries and gates to the main road, so the dogs can (and ours did!) escape! "Wonderful separation of space allowing our extended family lots of privacy. A small grocery and a nice bakery are just a few minutes walk away. The owner, Gilles, did everything he could to enhance our stay, even bringing Wi-Fi and a bike for us to use. He was very easy to work with from beginners no to end. "

"We had a wonderful relaxed time - the house was just what we needed, with a great pool, and lots of games for children and adults alike. The nearby cascades were a great hit for swimming and jumping in, and we did a few other local activities too, but mostly we just enjoyed the house and grounds."
