It was a horrible experience. Contact with the hotel was non existent. We booked then had to rebook a new hotel because we didn’t receive check in instructions as it was self check in and there was nobody at the actual property. Then they refused to refund me after the fact. Do not book this hotel.

Great location, super close to the shops and restaurant. The staff was lovely overall, and the bedding was so comfortable that I had a truly restful sleep. Housekeeping was a bit laid-back, though-I had to call on my third day to request service since no one cleaned my room my despite having the tag out. This was incredibly rare—especially at a five-star hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and I had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay. The room and premises were extremely clean and well maintained. Valet was quick and sufficient, although we did arrive early. Valet may fill up, so I'd suggest arriving early. They were able to hold our luggage for us, which made it convenient to roam through town prior to check in. The gentleman who helped us check in was polite and professional. We didn't really use the amenities, so we can't comment on those. However, the gym looked very well-equipped (I regularly work out, and this would have offered a solid space for that had I chosen to use it during my trip). The rooftop was lovely. There was an event one of the nights that closed off the rooftop for a few hours. Didn't bother us, but something to consider if you're planning to use it on a specific day. Room service was quick and efficient, always replacing our towels each day. I was afraid the room was going to be too small, but it was just fine for two people. I appreciated that you had the option to close off the bathroom area entirely from the sleep area. The room had a very modern and sleek look. Our view wasn't the greatest, but we also didn't expect it to have one considering what we had paid for the room. Overall, it was a great deal for us and very accessible to the metro/bus stops for all our travels into the more local areas. Only a 10-15 walk to Old Montreal. Plus, it was located right next to a wonderful Cafe (La Finca) and the Dep is right across the street for convenience.
