Nestled in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, in Saint Paul Trois Châteaux, between vineyards and truffle oaks, this beautiful, carefully renovated stone house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Located near the picturesque hilltop villages of the Drôme Provençale, you will have the opportunity to explore treasures such as La Garde Adhémar, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, the majestic Château de Grignan, or the village of Nyons, renowned for its olive oil and local crafts. For families, a wide range of activities is accessible within a kilometre, including an equestrian centre, a water park, paddleboarding, and a skate park. Furthermore, whitewater enthusiasts will be thrilled to discover the spectacular Ardèche Gorges, less than 30 minutes away by car. Treat yourself to an authentic getaway in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, where relaxation, discovery, and outdoor activities await you. This charming cottage offers access via a large, private, enclosed terrace, including a covered area for al fresco dining. Inside, on the ground floor, you will find two comfortable living areas, one with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area. The ground floor includes a first family bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, tastefully decorated, with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. A separate toilet is also available. Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and personalised by Carol, the owner. Each is equipped with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Three bathrooms (one with a toilet) and a lounge area with a sofa bed complete this floor. Throughout your stay, you can enjoy a private jacuzzi and a swimming pool (May to September) in an exceptional setting. Pets are welcome.
