With 97m² of living space over 2 levels, the house opens onto the ground floor with a living room featuring a fitted kitchen and a vaulted sitting area.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms, each with direct access to the covered terrace. A bathroom and toilet.
On the second floor, a third bedroom with a 160cm bed.
