Jacuzzi très très chaud , ne pas hésiter a enlever le gros coussin de protection plusieurs heures avant de pouvoir l’utiliser. Villa mitoyenne avec une autre villa donc possibilité d’entendre les voisins le matin . Très petite armoire dans les chambres . Petit Frigidaire , cuisine bien équipée mais un peu étroite pour 6/7 personnes . Les ventilateurs de plafond dans la cuisine et dans le salon sont très appréciables. En effet, elle ne se situe qu'à quelques pas de la plage, au bout d'une rue très calme. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. La villa est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Il n'y a qu'à poser ses valises et profiter du lieu st ses alentours. Commerces et restaurants à proximité, cela facilite la vie. Nous avons pu à la fois profiter de ce magnifique lagon et parcourir l’ile en voiture,en hélicoptère et cerise sur le gâteau nous avons eu une éruption volcanique donc à pied. Pour revenir à la propriété n’hésitez pas, le rapport qualité prix et vraiment remarquable, mobilier et literie de qualité,cuisine moderne, vaisselle complète,belle salle de bain mais les mitigeurs douche mériteraient d’être modernisés. A notre arrivée après 10 h de vol un repas complet nous attendait dans le frigidaire. Le propriétaire,Olivier, très à l’ecoute, a pris la peine de nous rencontrer malgré son emploi du temps très chargé. Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçu , nous y sommes restés 17 jours. Cette maison, nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et nous regrettons de n'avoir pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Mr et Mme Cozette dont la gentillesse et la complaisance nous ont vraiment touchés. Ce séjour nous a comblés et nous conseillons à tous ceux qui liront ce message et qui souhaiteront connaître la Réunion, de séjourner au Frangipanier qui porte bien son nom car le soir le parfum de cet arbre est un vrai plaisir olfactif. ##### Patricia L. Villa bcoup plus petite que sur les photos .. mais par contre tres propre, lit et literie impecable. Tres bien equipée. Par contre, le proprietaire tres difficile a joindre .. il laisse son no de tel, mais ne repond pas et ne rappel pas .. Sur la tele des films a gogo, mais ts bloqués par un code parental, quil ne veut pas donner !! Les murs de la maison sont en placo plâtre, donc pas insonorisé, tres genant; le sol a letage en bois, ceux qui sont dans la chambre du bas .. bonne chance. Un séjour extraordinaire. J'ai rarement vu un accueil aussi attentionné; à notre arrivée, après 12 h. d'avion, un Rougail "maison" nous attendait, ne demandant qu'à être réchauffé. La maison est idéalement situé, proche de la plage et parfaitement au calme. Elle est spacieuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. Les suggestions d'Olivier pour nos excursions étaient plus que bienvenus. Quand nous reviendrons à la Réunion, nous reprendrons cette maison sans hésiter. ##### François C. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Pascal G. 28 May 2017 #### Très belle villa confortable avec une belle varangue salon/sam/cuisine a 50m de la plage Quartier calme dans une petite ruelle Possibilité garer 2 voitures Joli petit jardin tropical avec un grand frangipanier fauteuil de jardin et bbq Tres confortable avec joli mobilier moderne local Idéal pour familles 2 couples /4enfants Cuisine tres bien équipée il ne manque rien + lave vaisselle et lave linge 2 grandes sdb tres bien équipées 3 Chambres climatisées dont une avec baldaquin A souligner une Literie tres confortable Et enfin La tres belle varangue couverte avec stores PVC roulants et ventilateur au plafond abritant un beau salon cuir et une grande table de salle à manger Le tout tres bien situé: grande plage du lagon (formidable pour le snorkling autour des coraux ) petits "boui bouis" (caris/bouchons/snacks) et restos variés, supérette, terrain de pétanque a moins de 100m et super marché , commerces de ville et animation a 15 min à pied Tout pour un séjour idéal sans contraintes et point de départ de nombreuses découvertes (en voiture puis à pied) autour de l'île qui offre tant de paysages différents et grandioses Conseil: se lever de bonne heure eur avec le Soleil vers 6h(8h en metropole) et rentrer à la maison au coucher du soleil car la nuit arrive tres tôt a 18h et la montagne et les cirques se couvrent de nuages vers midi ##### Pascal G. Villa bien située dans un quartier calme , à seulement 100m de la mer ou la baignade est possible.Commerces à proximité.Climatisation au RDZ et à l'étage.Chaque pièce est très bien équipée , cuisine salon chambres et salles de bain.Parking sur le terrain de la villa.Wifi en fibre optique. ##### SERGE D.
