In a small, recent and secure residence, you'll appreciate its comfort and its large 45 m² terrace planted with trees. All shops and services are just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet, human-scale residence (12 apartments) in a residential neighborhood. It's just a few minutes' walk from the beach and numerous shops and essential services. Just walk down the street to the beach.
