This apartment, with its 2 secure and private parking spaces, renovated, offers you comfort with its new furniture and appliances. With a pleasant living terrace and a private garden, it is equipped as follows: \- The separate kitchen with electric hob, microwave, oven, rice cooker, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and all the necessary kitchen equipment. \- The air-conditioned bedroom offers very comfortable Queen Size bedding and storage spaces. \- The living room open onto the terrace and the garden is equipped with a quick-opening convertible sofa for a 140 cm bed, a TV and WiFi access. \- The bathroom fitted with a bath also includes the WC. \- The covered terrace welcoming a dining area opens onto the small private garden well fenced and bordered by a tree-lined pedestrian path allowing you to access in 1 minute on foot the various shops and restaurants as well as the magnificent Sunday fairground market. \- the patio with its deckchairs and garden chairs will allow you to relax. \- A washing machine and a drying rack are at your disposal.
