Der Parkplatz liegt innerhalb der abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage, so dass man sich um den Mietwagen keine Sorgen machen muss. Der Pool ist im Prinzip durchgehend geöffnet (wurde nur an einem Tag wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen). Innerhalb des Ortes Saint-Gilles ist alles Wesentliche zu Fuß erreichbar (Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants, Snacks, Apotheke, Souvenirgeschäfte). La place de stationnement au pied de l'immeuble et dans un parking sécurisé est très appréciable. Il y a juste un escalier d'un étage pour accéder à l'appartement. La piscine de la résidence était malheureusement fermée pour travaux. De notre semaine sur place, nous n'avons pas vu d'ouvriers y travailler donc la fermeture va peut-être durée !? Et comble de malchance la plage des Roches Noires au pied de la location était également fermée pour travaux pour 3 mois ... Nous avons trouvé un bon lieu de baignade à la plage surveillée de Boucan Canot. Merci à Jean-Pierre pour la qualité de son accueil et sa flexibilité pour adapter les horaires d'arrivée et de départ à nos souhaits. ##### Patrick R. Chouette appartement situé à St Gilles. La vue depuis le salon est superbe, l'emplacement à deux pas du port est idéale pour profiter quelques jours de la jolie plage, les enfants ont adoré s'y baigner. Chouette point de départ pour notre tour de l'île. Piscine non chauffée donc non utilisable lors de notre séjour, l'eau était vraiment trop froide. Le propriétaire est arrangeant et flexible pour l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement qui est la résidence principale du propriétaire est décoré et équipé. Il faut se sentir à l'aise de vivre parmi les meubles/objets du propriétaire et parfois nous avons eu peur avec nos enfants qui sont curieux et on tendance à toucher, déplacer la nombreuse décoration. Malgré le cyclone et la tempête tropicale, nous avons pu visiter de nombreux sites et rencontrer des gens d'une grande gentillesse. L'appartement est idéalement situé. Il dispose de la climatisation dans les chambres et dans le salon, très appréciable pendant l'été. Pas de terrasse mais une vue magnifique sur la mer ! Nous n'avons hélas pas voir le piton de la fournaise mais nous avons fait tout de même les trois cirques. Ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons une prochaine fois. La plage de l'Hermitage à 10 mn à pied, une boulangerie de qualité juste en dessous de l'appartement. Confortable et pratique nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, la place de parking réservée est la bienvenue. Nos rapports avec le propriétaire furent cordiaux et sa gestion personnalisée de l'arrivée et du départ idéale. Un grand merci !! ##### Patrick W. L appartement est spacieux et très bien entretenu, la place de parking est appréciable. la situation géographique est au top pour profiter de l environnement local lagon, bar, restaurants ou départ pour découverte de l'ile. L hôte est à l'écoute et arrangeant, je conseille hormis aux familles avec petits enfants car le logement est peu être un peu trop précieux. ##### franck t.
