This 80m² apartment on the 1st floor of a secure standing residence 10 minutes' walk from the lagoon, is made up of 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with Queensize beds, storage space, as well as a large cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a beautiful veranda of 20m² with a sea view. A beautiful, clean bathroom and a WC. 2 parking spaces in secure basement. Close to the beaches of Saline les Bains and Trou d'eau and Golf, this popular residential area has kept its charm and authenticity. Between St Gilles les Bains and Saint Leu it is ideally located to enjoy seaside activities and access the wild south quickly (30min). We recommend the car to take full advantage of the essential sites of the island.

Très bon accueil par Clarisse. L'appartement est conforme à la description technique de l'annonce. La varangue avec vue sur mer est très agréable. Proche des commodités sans être au cœur de la Saline, l'appartement mériterait un petit rafraichissement. L'entretien de certains équipements laisse à désirer (filtres climatisations obstrués, aspirateur sale et non vidé, volet roulant de la chambre sans manivelle, inclinaison des lames de certaines persiennes impossible). Il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle pour 4 personnes. A 10 minutes de la plage de la Saline et du lagon, le quartier s'est semble-t-il dégradé (carcasses de voitures, déchets dans la rue). La résidence est cependant calme.
Un bel appartement bien équipé et bien situé non loin du lagon et de plusieurs lieux emblématiques de l île. Idéal pour notre premier séjour à la réunion.

Appartement très agréable. Balcon-terrasse très apprécié ainsi que le parking en sous sol. Situation idéale pour le début de séjour des randonneurs que nous sommes. Proximité de la plage très appréciée
En famille pour les vacances, nous y avons trouvé toutes les commodités et une déco sophistiquée très agréable à vivre. Logement dans une copropriété calme et propre à 10 minutes à pied du lagon et des nombreux commerces de proximité. Une résidence de vacances idéalement située pour rayonner sur toute l'île.
Séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes. Proche de toutes commodités. Manque la climatisation dans la salle à manger et salon. Il faudrait cependant rajouter quelques couverts et assiettes.
