L'appartement est conforme à la description technique de l'annonce. La varangue avec vue sur mer est très agréable. Proche des commodités sans être au cœur de la Saline, l'appartement mériterait un petit rafraichissement. L'entretien de certains équipements laisse à désirer (filtres climatisations obstrués, aspirateur sale et non vidé, volet roulant de la chambre sans manivelle, inclinaison des lames de certaines persiennes impossible). Il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle pour 4 personnes. A 10 minutes de la plage de la Saline et du lagon, le quartier s'est semble-t-il dégradé (carcasses de voitures, déchets dans la rue).
