Located on the 1st floor of the “Le Palais de Mirbois” residence (no lift), the apartment welcomes you with a bright and inviting living area, featuring a flat-screen TV and DVD player, opening onto a balcony with a view of the swimming pool — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

The fully equipped, ultra-functional kitchen area lets you enjoy local produce with ease:
3-ring induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

Sleeping area: one cosy bedroom with a 140cm double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC
Upstairs, you’ll find a relaxation / desk area and a loft-style bedroom with three 90 cm single beds, ideal for children or friends.
