Discover this charming 116m² single-storey house, offering a bright, functional, and fully equipped living space.

Upon entering, a hall with a closet welcomes you and leads to a spacious, cozy living room with a flat-screen TV. The semi-open, fully equipped kitchen features 3 induction hobs, an extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, and is complemented by a practical utility room with a sink, washing machine, dishwasher, and a second fridge-freezer.

The sleeping area offers two comfortable bedrooms: each with a 140cm bed, and one with an additional 90cm pull-out bed. One of the bedrooms opens directly onto the terrace. There is also a spacious bathroom with a double sink and bathtub, as well as a separate WC.

This delightful house is perfect for family or friends’ getaways and is ready to welcome you!

Tip: No need to look for a vacuum cleaner—the house is equipped with a central vacuum system.
